The breading was not too thick and very flaky.
The over medium eggs were done to perfection and the chicken fried steak was tender on the inside crispy on the outside without too much salt like some places tend to add. The food was excellent and the customer service was top-notch! We ordered the chicken fried steak and the French toast sandwich. We made our way to the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa and had the pleasure of dining at the Purple Parrot. My husband and I took a spontaneous trip the visit the biggest little city.
